and CBR can be matched with the type of service and available bandwidth to create
the most efficient compression schemes. Optimized resolution is achieved by using a
group of automatic settings that determine the highest quality based on the available
bit rate. This increased bandwidth efficiency combined with high quality video at
lower bit rates, allows broadcasters and service providers to expand service offerings
while optimizing throughput over their distribution networks.
